SCHEDULE
The client acknowledges that Grammar Forge Pty td enters into this agreement on the basis of the client’s assurance that its business undertaking and its published material are lawful and do not infringe the rights of any other person.
The client agrees to indemnify Grammar Forge Pty Ltd in respect of any claim made against Grammar Forge Pty Ltd by a third party arising out of the document or thing upon which Grammar Forge Pty Ltd was instructed to work or the work carried out by Grammar Forge Pty Ltd on behalf of the client pursuant to this agreement.
The client agrees that it will have no right to make any claim against Grammar Forge Pty Ltd arising out of the work carried out by Grammar Forge Pty Ltd on behalf of the client pursuant to this agreement.
